Trying to not get too excited...

I am trying so hard to not get excited!! BUT...
Ben's allergy office called today giving us the results of his milk allergy blood test. His numbers are really low!! I wasn't expecting a change at all!!!! So, we have to wait until his allergist comes back from vacation to see if he wants to do an oral challenge in his office. That means that Ben and I will go there for 4 hours and give him some milk and see what happens.
I'm trying so hard to not imagine life with milk for Ben, but I can't help it! I keep thinking of the things he can have. It's so hard not to get excited.
I'm guessing they will make him wait until we go back in 5 weeks to make sure his asthma medications are working before they'll let me schedule it. Man, that's going to be a long 5 weeks!
