Sunday - Chicken with tomatoes and potatoes. Gotta try this one!! It had everyone oohing!
Monday - Pot roast, potatoes, veggie
Tuesday - Mediterranean Zucchini
Wednesday - Sloppy Joes, sweet potato fries, veggie
Thursday - Mom's night out, boys... on their own!
Friday - Fish of some kind
Saturday - Mom gone again (what kind of mom am I?!) boys ???

I'm curious about Mediterranean Zucchini....
