Monday - Linguine with chicken ragu, salad
Tuesday - Michele's Sloppy Joe's, sweet potato fries, peas
Wednesday - Spicy Honey Chicken Thighs, potatoes, green beans
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Garlicky Fish, rice, brocolli
Saturday - Boys on their own! Momma's scrapping!

You have a menu plan? I am so impressed...two little ones and a weekly menu plan! Here is my menu plan each week (I hit the store after dropping Matt off at Guerin): Go to store, see what looks good, devise menu in mind and purchase what I THINK I will need; go home and consult recipes to see what I REALLY need; go back to store for the forgotten ingredients after I drop Matt off at afternoon swim practice. That's my menu plan...pretty pathetic, isn't it? LOL!
I am hoping that the Garlicky Fish is going to appear as this week's fish recipe so I can steal that one, too. :)
Roasted Kale? How does one roast kale? May need to experiment on that one, too. Recipe?
