Tonight while Ben was getting ready for bath he said:
"Mom, you're the best mom I've had in my whole life. You make the best dinners in the whole world."
I guess tonight's pork chops were a hit!

How do you cook your pork chops?
It wasn't anything special, which kinda makes this even funnier. I just put some salt, pepper, and garlic and herb seasoning on it and cooked it in a pan until it was just barely done so it doesn't get tough. It did taste good!
I'll have to try that. I usually use Shake and Bake - I'm so retro! LOL
