Yep!! It's back! I'm finally back in the swing of planning our meals consistently. Took me long enough, I know!!
Sunday - Pork chops with new sauce (Dijon, white wine, and chicken stock cooked until saucy), asparagus, potatoes
Monday - Chicken with sun-dried tomato and mushroom sauce, noodles, veggie
Tuesday - Beef stroganoff
Wednesday - Peasant Pasta, garlic bread, salad
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - DATE NIGHT!!!
Saturday - Smoked pork of some sort!
